Jennifer Hitt received a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from Cedarville University in Cedarville, Ohio. After obtaining her undergraduate degree, Jennifer worked as a Case Manager for Mental Health Services of Clark County, as a Court Services Clinician for Netcare Access in Columbus, and as a Case Manager for the Franklin County Department of Job and Family Services.

Jennifer obtained her J.D. from Capital University Law School. She joined Seimer & Assoc. as a staff attorney in 2007 and was promoted to Senior Attorney in 2009. Jennifer is a member of the Fairfield and Franklin County Bar Associations. Her practice areas include Family Law, Juvenile Law, and Guardian Ad Litem work. Jennifer has also developed an extensive legal practice representing victims of domestic violence.
